Hired and trained user interface team to develop online banking transaction, insurance, and brokerage functions for SFNB and other Internet based banks. Developed core strategy for UI development and standards, plus direct design and implementation of new techniques, user functions, and upgrades. Responsible for page and information architecture, process and exception workflows, HTML and JSP coding standards, CSS and JavaScript implementation, and ensuring consistent browser/server interaction behaviors.
